When our baler broke down on a Saturday afternoon, Brendon was the only one who jumped into action straight away. He kept us updated, had the baler organised from Melbourne and was onsite by 7am Tuesday morning. We were back up and running by lunchtime. That experience alone is why we continue to go back to North East Ag for parts and service.
