QUALIFIED MECHANIC
We are seeking a mechanic who possesses the following attributes:
• Trade qualified Heavy Diesel, Automotive or Agricultural Mechanic.
• Experience with Harvest & Hay Equipment preferred but not essential.
• Experienced in the repair of Agricultural & Industrial Equipment
• Have troubleshooting and diagnostic experience with heavy diesel engines (electrical/hydraulic/mechanical)
• Driver’s License is essential
• Current HR Licence (desirable)
•Current Forklift Licence (desirable
• Strong fault finding skills and breakdown support
• A good attitude and strong ‘team player with the proven ability to work efficiently with others
• Able to work unsupervised
• A strong work ethic and the ability to work in remote areas with our team members.
• Be able to assist and guide apprentices when working on heavy diesel engines and machinery.

SERVICE MANAGER ROLE
We are seeking a manager who possesses the following attributes:
• Experience in mechanical or ag machinery service management
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Confident communicator who enjoys dealing with customers
• Organised, tech-friendly, and proactive in solving problems
Both trade certification and management qualifications are required
